Committed to aligning the firm’s operations and initiatives with the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving legislative and economic landscape, Mr. Hadi actively supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by contributing to the development of an investment-friendly legal environment and designing legal business models that empower both emerging enterprises and established corporations.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Bahrain and is a licensed Attorney-at-Law and authorised Notary Public, with more than 10 years of professional experience in providing legal advisory services and representing both individual and corporate clients.
His areas of practice include Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Criminal Law, and Debt Recovery, in addition to providing legal consultations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
Throughout his career, he has successfully handled a wide range of legal matters and transactions, consistently delivering practical solutions that comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ms. Rasha Abdullah brings 18 years of professional experience in both legal and administrative management, gained through a diverse career that has included managing law firms and legal offices, developing organisational structures, and enhancing operational policies and procedures.
Throughout her career, she has provided legal consultations, contributed to the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements, prepared legal memoranda, and managed litigation matters. She has also authored numerous legal and social articles published in both print and digital media.
In addition, Ms. Rasha served as Managing Editor of a legal journal, where she was responsible for overseeing legal content, supervising the preparation and review of legal publications, and ensuring that all materials reflected the latest legislative and judicial developments.
Her practical expertise is supported by a strong academic foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cairo University and has continuously enhanced her professional knowledge through specialized training programs.
Among the most notable are the Judicial Authorities Qualification Program offered by the Center for Research and Studies on Crime Prevention and the Treatment of Offenders in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as specialized training in Refugee Law provided by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Egypt.
These qualifications have strengthened her understanding of legal and procedural frameworks while broadening her perspective in handling complex legal matters and case management.
Her appointment to this position reflects a firm conviction that the management of law firms should be entrusted to legal professionals who possess both sound legal qualifications and strong administrative capabilities, enabling them to lead legal organizations with efficiency, professionalism, and strategic insight.
In her current role as Administrative Director of Basmah Legal Law Firm & Notary, Ms. Rasha leads the firm’s administrative and operational functions, overseeing the development of internal policies and procedures, workflow management, human resources, and the implementation of operational plans. Through her leadership, she contributes to enhancing institutional efficiency, elevating the quality of legal and notarial services, enriching the client experience, and supporting the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.

Ms. Ethar Saad Al-Dosari

Executive Secretary

Ms. Ethar Saad Al-Dosari serves as the Executive Secretary at Basmah Legal Law Firm & Notary, where she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s daily operations by managing executive schedules and meetings, coordinating correspondence, organizing documentation and records, and welcoming clients.
Her contributions help ensure smooth workflow and enhance the firm’s overall operational efficiency.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, where she developed a strong academic foundation that complements her professional capabilities. She also brings diverse practical experience in reception, customer service, and sales, equipping her with advanced communication skills, the ability to build strong professional relationships, effectively manage priorities, and interact with clients and stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.
Committed to continuous professional development, Ms. Ethar has completed several specialized training programs, including Secretarial & Office Management and the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) workshop.
She has also participated in a range of professional development programs in the fields of Physics and Renewable Energy, reflecting her dedication to expanding her knowledge and strengthening her professional competencies.
In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Ethar has actively participated in numerous volunteer initiatives and community engagement activities. Her notable contributions include volunteering at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), assisting in the organization of university events, supporting academic accreditation visits, and contributing to various community programs.

Mr. Jarallah Al-Ajmi is a seasoned Governance and Risk Management Consultant with over 12 years of professional experience across both the public and private sectors.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in developing organizational policies and procedures, enhancing governance frameworks, improving organizational structures, strengthening regulatory compliance, and increasing institutional efficiency through effective risk management practices.
He has held several leadership positions within the Ministry of Education, and has served as a Total Quality Management Supervisor, Principal of an International School, and Planning and Development Manager in the tourism sector.
He also gained valuable experience in Internal Audit at Saudi Aramco and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of a Social Development Association.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from King Faisal University and a Master’s degree in Technology Management and Information Systems from the Arabian Gulf University, Bahrain.
In addition, he has earned a number of professional certifications in corporate governance, internal auditing, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, risk management, strategic planning, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the Balanced Scorecard, equipping him with the expertise to design and develop institutional frameworks in line with international best practices.

He is a licensed Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Sudanese Bar Association.
Throughout his career, he has served as a legal consultant for several companies and has supervised the legal operations of various law firms and legal practices.
